Shaye Batts

Rooted in Louisville, Kentucky, Shaye is a dynamic, community focused leader with a knack for organizing and planning. 

Shaye’s professional journey spans over a decade in the fast-paced worlds of foodservice, hospitality, and client relations, where she sharpened skills in leadership, service, and communication. From managing teams to navigating customer needs, Shaye has always worked at the intersection of community and care, and recognizes sustainable progress happens when people feel heard, connected, and included. 



Shaye holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management and Dietetics from Western Kentucky University and brings a collaborative, hands-on approach to her work, led by a belief that we’re in it together—especially when it comes to creating greener, healthier, equitable communities. 

Outside of the office you’ll probably find her belting it out at karaoke, caring for her many indoor plants, or hosting friends for a cozy dinner!
